About Beats
- Beats can be purchased or granted as a bonus, and are used to access the service.
- Purchases can be cancelled (withdrawn) only within 7 days of purchase and only if unused.
- Once Beats from a purchase have been spent, refunds may be limited.
- Purchased Beats can be used across all bite platforms.
- Purchased Beats, including bonus Beats granted with the purchase, are valid for 2 weeks from the top-up date and expire afterward.
- Bonus Beats granted with a purchase are not eligible for cancellation or refund.
- Refunds are not available for subjective dissatisfaction with generated replies.
